Everyones life changed one way or another during 2020. For me it was a turning point in my practice. I needed to adapt to the new way of working and the increased demand for counselling. This new way of working has been exciting and challenging but I am so pleased with the way it went I have remained an online therapist. This offers individual therapy, couples therapy and supervision across North Wales, UK and the world.
